THE SYNDICATE TERMS
These terms explain how The Syndicate works and what is expected from everyone using the platform.
By accessing The Syndicate or participating in any of its activities, you agree to follow these terms and the rules provided for each individual campaign.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using the platform.
Some features may only be available to verified members of The Syndicate community.
Access can depend on your Discord role, account status, wallet ownership, completed tasks, or other requirements mentioned for a particular activity.
Meeting the requirements for one campaign does not automatically guarantee eligibility for another.
The Syndicate may host or promote giveaways, whitelist opportunities, community rewards, and similar campaigns.
Each campaign can have its own rules, requirements, deadlines, and reward structure.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, participation does not require a purchase.
Campaigns may be changed, extended, suspended, or discontinued when necessary.
If you receive a reward, you are responsible for providing the correct receiving wallet and ensuring that it can receive the relevant asset.
The Syndicate is intended for genuine community participation.
You must not attempt to manipulate campaigns through fake accounts, automated tools, duplicate entries, exploits, or other methods designed to gain an unfair advantage.
Entries may be removed and rewards may be cancelled if participation is found to violate the rules of a campaign.
Once a reward has been sent to the wallet provided by a participant, responsibility for that wallet and the received asset belongs to the participant.
The Syndicate is not responsible for:
- ✦Incorrect wallet addresses
- ✦Unsupported wallets or networks
- ✦Blockchain congestion or delays
- ✦Failed or reverted transactions
- ✦Smart-contract or third-party project issues
- ✦Loss caused by a participant's own wallet actions
You are responsible for protecting your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase.
The Syndicate will never ask you for your seed phrase or private key.
Any wallet verification used by the platform is intended only to confirm ownership or eligibility. We do not take custody of user funds.
Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone claiming to represent The Syndicate.
The Syndicate may feature or collaborate with NFT collections, tokens, games, communities, and other Web3 projects.
Unless specifically stated, featuring a project does not mean The Syndicate guarantees its legitimacy, performance, availability, or future actions.
Users should independently review any third-party project before interacting with it or connecting a wallet.
The Syndicate may change or discontinue features at any time.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access because parts of the platform may depend on Discord, X, blockchain networks, wallets, or other external services.
You use The Syndicate at your own discretion.
Web3 and blockchain activities involve technical, financial, and security risks. Nothing provided through The Syndicate should be interpreted as financial, investment, or legal advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Syndicate is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party services, blockchain networks, user errors, or interactions outside our direct control.
As The Syndicate grows, these terms may change to reflect new features, campaigns, or community requirements.
The latest version published on the platform will apply to continued use of The Syndicate.
